Yolo Barre is about you feeling good. It will improve your posture, balance and core strength. This workout is about learning to move through the world with more confidence and grace. You will be guided through a beat based workout that flows to the music with personalized modifications and extra challenges to fit your needs. Yolo Barre is for dancers (at heart), music lovers and people that don’t like gyms. You will be given cues to better contact with your body, to help you find your focus, to move with poise resulting in you feeling and looking your best. So you can go out and do the things you want to do pain free!
