You call that clean eating?



The term, eat clean, has nothing to do with washing your food and has everything to do with eating in a way that promotes fat loss.

While it may sound simple enough, in reality it’s challenging to stick with a clean eating plan. I suppose if it were easy then everyone would be lean and confident about their body. So, what’s the secret to long-term, clean eating success?

  • To make your clean eating plan last, keep your diet balanced with a range of healthy, real foods.

  • True weight management success comes when clean eating is part of your lifestyle, and not a temporarily imposed dieting sentence.

  • Big changes take consistent, long-term effort. Be patient.

  • Have a plan by writing out your do’s and don't’s for your clean eating plan—and please feel free to reach out to me to help you with this step.

What food should you consider clean? I’ll give you a hint: not foods that come packaged and processed.

The healthiest, cleanest foods are ones that are wholesome and untouched…as nature intended. Whole fruits, vegetables, greens, nuts, seeds, eggs, seafood and lean meats. Stick with this list of natural foods and you’ll be eating very clean.

Steer clear of any food that has been manufactured, processed and packaged. These are most definitely not clean and will lead to pounds gained.


Are you ready to move forward?


You had a year!! Studies have shown that we revert to habits that keep us in our comfort zone when when we are stressed. Listen to familiar music, eat comfort food, rewatch our favorite movies, plant ourselves on the coach, drink is excess are a few examples, ​ Stress makes trying new things very uncomfortable when we crave comfortable.

So I just want to remind you that over 2020 Yolo Barre took to the plate and super stepped up our member support outside of your fitness practice. I understand the last thing you want to do is get more uncomfortable right now.

But my question for you is,,,,,, Are you comfortable with your mind, health and body then way it is right now? Could you feel better?
